Terms of Service — Buro voor de Boeg

Private service. This Marketing Dashboard is operated by Buro voor de Boeg and is provided exclusively to clients of Buro voor de Boeg and their authorized users. It is not a public service and is not available for general sign-up.

1. Who we are

This application (the “Service”) is a private marketing reporting dashboard provided by Buro voor de Boeg (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Service consolidates marketing data from connected platforms into a single reporting environment for our clients.

2. Who may use the Service

Access is restricted to clients of Buro voor de Boeg and to users we have explicitly invited and authorized. Accounts are created by invitation only. You may use the Service only within the scope of your engagement with Buro voor de Boeg. If you are not a client or authorized user, you may not use the Service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, intended reporting purposes. Do not attempt to access data belonging to other clients, circumvent access controls, or disrupt the Service.

4. Connected platforms

The Service can connect to third-party platforms on your behalf — including Google (Analytics & Ads), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and e-mail platforms — using the official authorization flows of those platforms. We access only the data needed to produce your reports, in read-only fashion. We never post, modify, or delete content on your connected accounts. You may disconnect any platform at any time from your project settings.

5. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buro voor de Boeg is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is a reporting aid; figures depend on third-party data sources and may differ from those platforms’ native reporting.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or when your engagement with Buro voor de Boeg ends. You may request termination of your account at any time.
