This Privacy Policy explains how Buro voor de Boeg (“we”, “us”) handles information within this marketing reporting dashboard (the “Service”). We process data only to provide reporting to our clients and their authorized users.

• Account information — name and e-mail address of invited, authorized users.
• Authorization tokens — access/refresh tokens for the platforms you connect, stored encrypted and used only to retrieve your reporting data.
• Connected platform data — marketing metrics retrieved on your behalf from platforms such as Google (Analytics & Ads), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and e-mail platforms. This includes aggregate statistics (e.g. followers, reach, engagement, clicks, spend) and content metadata (e.g. post captions, video titles, thumbnails, and per-item engagement) needed to produce reports.

3. How we use information

We use the information solely to authenticate users, connect to the platforms you authorize, and display marketing reports and an AI-generated summary of your results. We do not sell your data, and we do not use connected platform data for advertising targeting or for any purpose other than your reporting.

4. Platform data — read only

Connections use the official authorization flows of each platform and request the minimum scopes needed for reporting. Access is read-only: we never post, modify, or delete content on your connected accounts, and we access only the accounts you have authorized.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on our hosting infrastructure. Authorization tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Retrieved metrics may be cached briefly to improve performance and reduce the number of API calls. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information.

6. Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure and processing providers needed to operate the Service (for example, hosting and the AI provider used to generate report summaries), and only as necessary to deliver the Service. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as your account and connections are active. When you disconnect a platform, the related authorization is removed. When your account or engagement ends, you may request deletion of your data and we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
